I've been feeling a little under the weather the past few days so I haven't had much of an appetite. I've never liked chicken noodle soup, so I had to find something that tastes good and helps me feel better. Since I probably won't be visiting Tom & Chee anytime soon here's my twist on grilled cheese and tomato soup. FALL IN LOVE BELOW!
Grilled Cheese Ingredients
Whatever two cheeses I remember I like, I used Swiss and American this time!
(optional) San Marzano Tomato
...don't forget the butter!
*Pro-tip: Keep the stove on a low heat to melt the butter on the bread, THEN turn to medium heat to achieve that golden brown color*
Tomato Soup Ingredients
1 Campbell's tomato soup
1/8th cup Salsa
1tbsp Mrs. Dash
1tbsp Caujin seasoning
1tbsp Salt + Pepper
(optional) A few dashes of Franks Red Hot
